By requesting a quotation, booking a consultation or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Quotations & Estimates
All quotations are based on project information provided at the time of review. Pricing may change if project requirements, imagery quality, area size, object complexity or deliverable specifications differ from the original scope.
Quotations remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, imagery access, area boundaries, object requirements and any other materials necessary for project delivery.
Delays caused by incomplete information may affect delivery schedules.
5. Payments
Projects generally require payment before work commences unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers including Stripe and PayPal.
All fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
6. Delivery Timelines
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, imagery quality, client feedback cycles and technical requirements.
7. Custom AI Development
Custom AI models, training workflows, scripts and development work are project-specific and may require additional time for testing, validation and refinement.
Performance outcomes may vary depending on imagery quality, training data availability and environmental conditions.
8. Accuracy Disclaimer
While AXO GeoAI strives to deliver high-quality outputs, AI-generated and automated geospatial products may contain omissions, classification errors or inaccuracies.
Clients are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying upon them for planning, engineering, legal, surveying or operational decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of imagery and project data supplied to AXO GeoAI.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AXO GeoAI retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, software, workflows, automation tools and AI model architectures developed during project execution.
10. Confidentiality
Project information, imagery and client materials will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except where necessary for service delivery or legal compliance.
11. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Due to the custom nature of geospatial consulting and AI development, refunds may not be available once substantial work has commenced.
12. Limitation of Liability
AXO GeoAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our services, deliverables, analysis or recommendations.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant project.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may rely on third-party providers including hosting, payment gateways, mapping services, cloud platforms and scheduling tools. AXO GeoAI is not responsible for outages or failures of third-party systems.
14. Website Use
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content or interfere with platform functionality.
